Delete your CupPhone account

You can delete your CupPhone account here, without installing the app.
This cannot be undone.
What is removed
- Your account, name, photo and CupPhone number.
- Every message you sent or received, in both languages, including the
lines written down during translated calls.
- Every voice message, and the recordings behind them.
- Your call history, your contacts, your blocks, and anything you
reported.
- Your usage for this month and any subscription record held here.
- The diagnostic trail: which screens were opened, which calls
connected. It never contained what was said.
Messages are removed for the other person too. A
conversation has two ends and only one copy here, so deleting your
account takes the conversation with it. Anything already downloaded to
somebody else's phone is on their phone, and we cannot reach it.
What is not removed
- A subscription bought through Apple or Google. We do
not hold it and cannot cancel it. Cancel it in the App Store or Google
Play, or it will keep renewing.
- Records we are required to keep for accounting, which contain no
message content.
Delete it
We will email a six-digit code to prove the address is yours. Nothing is
deleted until you enter it.
